The battle for Ismael Bennacer is hotting up, with reports Real Madrid have joined PSG and Manchester City in chasing the Milan midfielder.

It was revealed this week that there is a
€50m release clause in the Algeria international’s contract, which could put the situation out of the Rossoneri’s hands.

Paris Saint-Germain have long been tracking the ex-Empoli man, with Manchester City joining the pursuit over the last few days.

Now Foot Mercato in France report that Real Madrid are also in the running for Bennacer’s signature, impressed by his performances at San Siro and in the Africa Cup of Nations, where he was named Player of the Tournament.

The priority for Zinedine Zidane is still Stade Rennais 17-year-old talent Eduardo Camavinga, but Bennacer is a more than viable option.
