French side Paris Saint-Germain have reached the last-four of the UEFA Champions League after an amazing 2-1 comeback against Italian side Atalanta on Wednesday inside the Estadio da Luz in the city of Lisbon, Portugal.

PSG were stunned during the encounter by Atalanta as Mario Pasalic netted in the 27th minute to put the La Dea in front.

Brazilian defender Marquinhos equalized for the Les Parisiens from close range in the last minute of the encounter before substitute Kylian Mbappe assisted fellow substitute Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting for the second to seal the victory for PSG and secure a spot in the semifinals of the Champions League.

Particularly considering everything Bergamo has had to deal with over the last five months with Covid-19 affecting the region, the loss will hurt for Atalanta.

There were fears Kylian Mbappe would not be fit enough to start this match but he looked so sharp, so hungry to get on the ball, however, his introduction was the difference in the end.

Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting came off the bench contributed an important pass and netted the winner.
