Gernot Rohr 'has done well, don't judge him by friendlies' against Algeria and Tunisia - Ex Super Eagles player
After poor results from two international friendlies played against Algeria and Tunisia in Austria recently, erstwhile Super Eagles player Justice Christopher has come out to defend Nigeria German Head Coach Gernot Rohr saying, 'he has done well and that it is not as easy as we think'.

In the friendlies played recently in Austria, Nigeria lost to the Desert Warriors of Algeria by a lone goal and drew 1-1 against Tunisia.
In a chat with Brila.net, the former Nigeria midfielder made it clear that Rohr has done well by helping the Super Eagles reach "major competitions" and deserves "a little bit of time" to achieve more.

’’So far for me, I think he has done well qualifying the Super Eagles team to major competitions, and I don’t think he should be judged by two friendly matches coming out of a pandemic season.’’

‘‘We should give him a little bit of time by getting more of the new players, it is not as easy as we think,” he said.
