Tottenham a huge three points over Everton to keep their European dream alive.

Giovani Lo Celso's first-half strike was
deflected into his own net by Michael Keane, before a sensational bust-up between Hugo Lloris and Son Heung-min  saw the pair separated by teammates at the break.

Tottenham French goalie Hugo Lloris said: "It was much better than the last game. It's important to have a run and keep consistency in our performances.

"Tonight 1-0 is enough, the most important is the clean sheet. We are not at our best in terms of confidence.

"We are in a situation we are not happy with so we have to fight, fight against ourselves, fight against the opponent, to go in the right direction."

On the clash with South Korean teammate Son Heung-Min, Lloris said: "It belongs in the changing room. Outside you can say whatever you want, there is a lot of respect between all the players.

"What happened between me and Sonny is just something that is part of football sometimes but there is no problem at all.

"You can see at the end of the game we are more than happy to be part of the team and get the three points."
