Sheffield United earned their first win since the Premier League restart as goals from Sander Berge, Lys Mousset and Oliver McBurnie struck a huge blow to Tottenham's hopes of gatecrashing the race for Champions League football.

Blades' record signing Berge opened the scoring after half an hour as an intricate move down the right hand side opened the visitors up and the Norway international buried low beyond Hugo Lloris.

Spurs thought they had struck back immediately as Harry Kane cut inside and struck past Dean Henderson. However, VAR intervened and found that Lucas Moura had handled the ball in the build up, and referee Chris Kavanagh was advised to disallow the goal.

The Blades stood firm in the second half and were rewarded as Lys Mousset tapped home after Spurs were once again exposed, this time down the left, and the Frenchman was able to tap home with ease.

A disappointing outing turned into a humiliating defeat as Oliver McBurnie struck in the final 10 minutes, and a late strike from Kane was a mere consolation as Mourinho's men in a quandary with six games remaining.
