The English Premier League continues today with very hot fixtures. The top flight was on break yesterday as only Championship (second-highest league overall in English Football League System) games were played.
Today, Liverpool will look to continue their pursuit to surpass Manchester City in the total points achieved in a single season.
The citizens in the 2017/2018 season won a total of 100 points and Liverpool are keen to surpass that record as they are currently first on the League table with 92 points.
In their last top flight clash, Manchester City crushed Liverpool 4 - 0 inside the Etihad Stadium.
