The Citizens who have recorded just one victory in four top flight games were in control all through the game but a beautiful Michail Antonio goal ensured the Hammers didn't come out as losers.
English forward Michail Antonio scored an amazing acrobatic overhead goal to place West Ham in front in the 18th minute.
Manchester City fought back to equalise six minutes after the start of the second half through English midfielder Phil Foden.

The visitors pressed all through the encounter and even went ahead to replace Bernardo Silva with Kevin de Bruyne, however, couldn't find the winner against their hosts in London.
De Bruyne had missed the last two games due to injury. Argentine striker Sergio Aguero did not feature for Man City in the second half due to injury.
The Citizens are struggling with form this season as they are below the first ten teams on the table after five games, earning only eight points.
