Torino player recovers from COVID-19

Torino have confirmed that their player who tested positive for coronavirus has made a full recovery.

The unnamed player was diagnosed with
no symptoms on May 6 and went on to spend two weeks in self-isolation.

However, Torino announced in a statement this afternoon that fresh tests have come back ‘completely negative’ and the player has resumed individual training.

The rest of the squad, meanwhile, did ‘mainly aerobic work and ball possession exercises under the orders of coach Moreno Longo’ on Monday.
