Italian Serie A: Dybala and Napoli resume training

Paulo Dybala returned to the Juventus training ground for the first time today, May 8., while Napoli will begin work tomorrow (Sunday) after all their players tested negative for COVID-19.


As per the medical protocol, all the Serie A players and staff are undergoing blanket testing before they can be let back into the training grounds.

Dybala had struggled to shake off the coronavirus, testing positive repeatedly until he was finally given the all-clear this week, a month and a half after he was infected.

Following more intensive tests to check his overall physical health, La Joya was today seen driving into the Continassa training ground to start his Juventus training.
Meanwhile, Napoli announced that all their players were negative for COVID-19 and so training will be able to start from tomorrow, Sunday May 10.



This is all still individual work, so maintaining social distancing measures in the protected environment of the training ground.
The Italian Government is expected to announce today that group training can start from May 18.
