Chelsea will sign RB Leipzig striker Timo Werner for nearly £30m less than his true valuation, according to a study by CIES Football Observatory.
The Blues are rumoured to have triggered
Werner's £53.8m release clause last week and have agreed personal terms with the Germany international.
Leipzig CEO Oliver Mintzlaff has insisted that a deal is not yet over the line, however, with Liverpool and Manchester United supposedly still interested.

Should they get a transfer over the line, research by CIES suggests that Chelsea will be getting Werner for a bargain price as his true valuation is closer to the £80.5m mark.
The 24-year-old has a combined 33 goals and assists in the Bundesliga this season.
