Mario Balotelli’s time with Brescia is at an end and his next move could be to Argentina for Boca Juniors, according to the latest reports.

The striker turns 30 next month and should still be in the prime of his career, but yet another experience is coming to a negative end, with Brescia and Balotelli suing each other over various contract disputes.

According to several sources in South America, including the often reliable Tyc Sports, Balotelli has been offered to Boca Juniors by agent Mino Raiola.

He’d be following in the footsteps of Daniele De Rossi, who chose to make a dream come true by playing at the Bombonera after his Roma career was cut short.

Balo might feel less under pressure in Argentina, freer to enjoy the good life and relish a different approach to training.

The Italy international made only 19 Serie A appearances this season, scoring five goals.
