Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Gianluigi Donnarumma took a private helicopter to meet agent Mino Raiola in Monte Carlo, it’s reported, where they’ll discuss Milan contract renewals.

According to Calciomercato.com and Pianeta Milan, the pair were whisked away from the Milanello training ground this afternoon, having played in last night’s 1-1 draw with Atalanta.

It’s believed they were going to meet Raiola, who represents both star players.

Ibrahimovic’s contract only runs to the end of this season and he had seemed certain to leave until the decision to stick with coach Stefano Pioli.

Now he is reconsidering his options and Calciomercato.com maintain the offer on the table is a salary worth €4m per season, whereas Ibra wants €6m.

Pianeta Milan are confident Ibrahimovic will commit his future to the Diavolo.

As for Donnarumma, his contract is due to expire in June 2021 and it remains to be seen if he’d ask for a release clause, particularly if Milan fail to qualify for the Champions League.

The 21-year-old already has 201 appearances under his belt for Milan and last night saved a Ruslan Malinovskyi penalty, marking his first start as captain.
