All the English clubs recorded victories in their UEFA Europa League games - Tottenham Hotspur eased past LASK inside the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium 3-0, Nigerian forward sealed a 3-0 home win for Leicester City against FC Zorya Luhansk.

Arsenal fought back to defeat Rapid Wien at the Allianz Stadion.
Another Nigerian Victor Osimhen was in action in the continental tournament, this time for Italian side SSC Napoli.

The Partenopei lost by a lone goal right inside the San Paolo to AZ Alkmaar who had several positive cases of Covid-19 before the encounter. The Dutch side went ahead and grabbed all three points against their Italian hosts.
