TOT 1-3 LIV: Spurs striker Harry Kane injured, could be sidelined for weeks
Tottenham Hotspur Head Coach Jose Mourinho has said that English striker Harry Kane could be missing in action for Spurs for a few weeks after picking up injuries on both ankles in the Premier League defeat to Liverpool on Thursday night in London.
Following a challenge with Jordan Henderson, 27-year old Harry Kane needed treatment after landing awkwardly on his left ankle.
In an earlier challenge with Liverpool Spanish midfielder Thiago Alcantara, the England Captain also hurt his right ankle.
Harry Kane, who has a history of ankle problems, continued playing before being replaced by Erik Lamela at half-time.

Jose Mourinho said: "The second injury was worse than the first one. He was coping with one but couldn't cope with both.
"For Harry to leave a game when the team is losing is not a nothing injury.
"There are some players you can't replace. When it happens it happens, but I believe we have to fight against it, we cannot do anything else."

After the 1-3 loss to Liverpool, in his post-match comments, Mourinho said, Spurs 'were punished by their own mistakes', however went ahead to 'praise the guys because they tried until the end'.
The Portuguese Boss said: "We were punished by our own mistakes. Everything went wrong in the first half, we shouldn't be losing at half-time. I thought we were very solid and very confident in the first half.

"To go 1-0 down, not easy. To lose Harry, not easy. And, in the first minute of the second half, to have another defensive mistake, at 2-0 it is mentally difficult to resist.
"But we had a good reaction, in the opposition half, and then another mistake - this time from a young boy [Roden] who played so, so well.
"But I have to praise the guys who stayed on the pitch because they tried until the end."
