Two to Three months without a job: 'I can imagine myself as a Ligue 1 coach', Mourinho says

In his chase to return mightier after being sacked as Manager of English club Manchester United in December, Jose Mourinho has revealed he'ld love to coach a French Ligue 1 club.

The Portuguese made a surprise visit when host Lille slogged it out with visitors Montpellier at the Stade Pierre Mauroy on Sunday, a match which ended without a goal.

Mourinho revealed to beIN Sports, “I can imagine myself as a coach in Ligue 1.”

“I am a man who has worked in four different countries, I like to know and learn other cultures. Working in a new championship would be a fantastic experience.

“Two to three months [without a job] is okay, afterwards it’s more difficult. I hope to have the opportunity to come back stronger."

Mourinho was a guest of Lille Technical Director Luis Campos for the match.

It can be recalled that Campos once worked with the Portuguese coach during his time at Real Madrid.
