Foxes Nigerian midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi, says, Leicester City’s young squad are adapting to Brendan Rodgers’ philosophy and implementing his methods successfully.

The Nigeria international, 22, was on fire as Leicester City recorded an amazing 2 - 0 home victory against Bournemouth in a Premier League encounter on Saturday.

Wes Morgan opened scoring for the hosts with an early strike while James Vardy netted the second goal to seal the win for the Foxes.

It was Morgan's third goal in four games and Vardy's thirteenth goal of the season.

Ndidi told LCFC TV, “Of course, everyone is happy.”

“The fans, everyone. Getting the three points and the clean sheet is very good for the team and for everyone.

“We were confident, everyone was moving, so we were just playing to the coach’s philosophy. Everything was going well for us which is very good for the team and we are very pleased.”

He further said: “We are gradually getting there but I would say we are getting better and better.”
