No Room For Racism - Premier League
Premier League fights Racism |
Premier League Bosses, led by Pep Guardiola, due to the increase in racist abuse in football, have called for more severe punishment OR we "stop games".
Guardiola, Manchester City Boss, said, racism is "getting worse" in Europe.
During the international break, Raheem Sterling and some other players were subjected to racial abuse from the stands when England played at Montenegro in a Euro 2020 qualifier, winning 5 - 1.
After the game, Montenegro got axed by UEFA, however, former England winger John Barnes said: "You can't get rid of it in football before you get rid of it in society."
According to the Premier League: The game is for everyone. No room for racism. In, or out of our Stadiums.
