2022 AFCON: Nigeria is the 17th team to secure spot - see the other 16 teams
The Super Eagles of Nigeria are the 17th team to qualify for the 2022 Africa Cup Of Nations (AFCON) which will take place in Cameroon.

Nigeria secure a spot in the tournament after defeating the Squirrels of Benin Republic by a lone goal in Porto Novo, Benin on Saturday 27.
The Super Eagles after their away win at Benin Republic have emerged winners of Group L with 11 points while Benin are second with 7 points.

However, Benin will need to ensure they don't lose against Sierra Leone if they have to make it to Cameroon for the 2022 Africa Cup Of Nations (AFCON).
