Liverpool were held to a goalless draw by rivals Everton at Goodison Park, with Tom Davies striking the post for the visitors in the closing stages.

Jurgen Klopp's side, who are closing in on the Premier League title, found it difficult to break Everton down, with Carlo Ancelotti's team improving in the closing stages.

Liverpool are 23 points ahead of Manchester City, who have played a game less and host Burnley on Monday night.
