German Bundesliga: Bayern Munich stay four points atop after netting five against Frankfurt

Five-star Bayern Munich reclaimed their four-point lead on the top of the Bundesliga with a 5-2 thumping of Eintracht Frankfurt.
German champions Bayern Munich showed
a brilliant performance this afternoon, netting five past Eintracht Frankfurt in front of an empty Allianz Arena.

Thomas Muller had his hand in the opening two goals, first providing the assist for Goretzka’s 17th-minute opener and then netting one himself to make it 2-0 at the break.
Canadian left-back Alphonso Davies also noted a goal and assist, while Robert Lewandowski extended his goal-tally to 27 for the 2019-20 Bundesliga campaign.

Both goals for the visitors came from Martin Hinteregger, who scored one in his own net as well to set the final score 16 minutes from full time.
