Both Manchester United and Chelsea will look away from the Premier League top-four chase as they will shift all focus to the FA Cup semifinal clash inside Wembley Stadium on Sunday 19 July.

On the top flight table, Chelsea sits on the third spot with 63 points while Manchester United are on the fifth spot with 62 points, just one point separates both clubs.

The Red Devils and The Blues have clinched the FA Cup 20 times combined.

Man United have lifted the trophy twelve times while Chelsea have eight times, both teams are giants in English football and tonight the toughest will surely scale through to the final of the FA Cup.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Frank Lampard have both won the FA Cup as players and tonight both Managers will be looking to scale through the semifinal and into the final to clinch the trophy as a Manager.

English Boss Lampard have won the the FA Cup four times with Chelsea as a player while Norwegian Boss Solskjaer have won it twice with Manchester United as a player.

Obviously, Man U will be going into Wembley as favorites considering their recent amazing form since football resumed, winning six out of eight games and drawing two.

Red Devils unbeaten run has hit 19 in all competitions, a feat that has not been recorded by the club in almost a decade. The club last went unbeaten after several games in November 2010 during the Sir Alex Ferguson era when he went 29 games without tasting defeat.

Man U have recently recorded amazing results since the partnerships between Bruno Fernandes and Paul Pogba in the midfield, and Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Mason Greenwood in the attack.

They have also improved in the defence.

On the other side, Chelsea have retuned to winning ways after French pro striker Olivier Giroud netted the only goal of the game to help the Blues take all three points against Norwich following a disappointing 3-0 wallop by Sheffield United last weekend.

As a matter of truth, The Blues have been clearly inconsistent this season, with two games remaining of the Premier League 2019/20 season against Champions Liverpool and Wolverhampton Wanderers, Man United are certain their FA Cup rivals tonight will drop points before the campaign ends.

Surprisingly, 'inconsistent' will not be used to describe Chelsea when it comes to the FA Cup as they have emerged victorious eleven times in their last twelve encounters and this includes defeating Man U in the finals two years back. They last tasted defeat in the FA Cup in 2017 final.

This season, Chelsea have so far defeated Nottingham Forest, Hull City, Liverpool and Leicester City to get to this stage, conceding just one goal.

Both teams have superb FA Cup records but the best team and perhaps with some luck will emerge victorious at Wembley and get set to slug it out with Arsenal in the final. The Gunners shocked Manchester City with a 2-0 win on Saturday with Gabonese pro striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang netting both goals for Arsenal.
