For the Red Devils to end the season in the top-four  and qualify for the Champions League, they'll need to get a point at least from their last top flight game on Sunday at Leicester City.

This result confirms West Ham United will not be relegated from the Premier League as they are four points clear off the red zone while Manchester United moved to third, one point above the Foxes, who they will lock horns with on the final day of the season being Sunday.

If Brendan Rodgers' side emerges victorious against Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side on Sunday, then, their Champions League hopes die instantly, however, the only lifeline would be Chelsea losing their final match against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday at Stamford Bridge.

The Hammers took the lead in the 45th minute through English forward Michail Antonio from the penalty spot but the Red Devils responded almost immediately through 18-year old English forward Mason Greenwood in the 51st minute.

Greenwood's leveller was his 17th goal of the season as this is his first season as a senior Man United player.

The hosts moved back into the top-four for the first time since September 14.
