Video ⬇ Liverpool will eventually lift the Premier League for the on Wednesday night after battling with Chelsea who are chasing a top four finish.


It will be the first time Liverpool will lift the top flight trophy after three decades when they last lifted it.

Liverpool have already secured a spot in next season's Champions League while tonight's encounter is highly vital for the Blues if they will make it to the continental tournament.

Chelsea will have to win tonight but if they lose then they will drop from the third spot if Manchester United scales through West Ham United at Old Trafford.

Liverpool captain Alan Hansen was the last to lift the League trophy three decades ago, but tonight Jordan Henderson will be the 10th Liverpool skipper to do so.
