Arsenal forward, Alex Iwobi has said that winning the Europa Cup would erase some of the painful memories experienced by the side this season.
Arsenal are faced with the prospect of not qualifying for next season's Champions League next as they have found in the fifth position on the EPL standings with two matches left to end the season.
"We are ready to win the Europa cup to make it as our high point of the season, it’s going to be quite historic because the club is yet to win the trophy and that will make the team to play in the UEFA champions league next season.
We still have 270 minutes to play in other to be a champion. We have to finish the job in Spain and hope to play in the final,” he told ArsenalTV after the Gunners Europa League victory against Valencia on Thursday night.

He said they would not be distracted in the return leg in Spain next week.
Iwobi who turned 23 years on Friday and who can play in both wings still remembers the Gunners loss to Atletico Madrid in last year’s final of the competition.
"We were unlucky last season after we lost to Atletico Madrid,” he concluded.
