Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has reportedly indicated that he is happy to extend his contract at Arsenal.

With just 11 months remaining on his existing contract, the Gabon international
has been heavily linked with a move away from the Emirates Stadium.

Given the profile of the clubs who may be keen on his signature, the 31-year-old is allegedly open to biding his time before making a decision.

However, according to The Telegraph, Aubameyang is on the brink of committing his immediate future to the North Londoners.

The player's double against Chelsea in last weekend's FA Cup final has taken his tally to 70 goals from 109 appearances in all competitions.

The development comes just a day after Arsenal's revealed plans for 55 redundancies.
