Covid-19: No fans in stadiums until October

As a results of Covid-19 restrictions, supporters have reportedly been banned from entering stadium by a new decree from government until at least September 30.


Clubs such as Sampdoria, Parma, Napoli and others have managed to feature in friendlies with up to 1,000 supporters watching live, however, using social distancing masks.

Through the Piedmont Regional Assembly, Juventus have released a dossier containing method of how to allow fans back into the Allianz Stadium in Turin safely for their first match of the new season against Sampdoria.

The next Government decree valid from tomorrow will ban supporters in sporting arenas at least until September 30, Corriere della Sera says.

This weekend, Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte stated, the convergence of fans to watch sports while the pandemic was still present would be "inopportune".
