Lacazette wants clarification over future at Arsenal

Arsenal forward Alexandre Lacazette is reportedly expected to seek clarification over his role in the side amid speculation that he may be allowed to move on.


The 29-year-old has been touted as a possible target for Atletico Madrid as a makeweight in a deal involving Thomas Partey, who is high on Mikel Arteta's wishlist.

Juventus have also supposedly registered an interest in the Frenchman, but the Serie A champions are not expected to match Arsenal's £40m valuation.

With uncertainty surrounding his future continuing to grow, ESPN claims that Lacazette will hold talks with Arteta to determine where he fits into the Spaniard's plans.

Lacazette grew disillusioned at the Emirates Stadium during Unai Emery's time in charge and was offered the chance to join former club Lyon on loan in January. SportsMole
