Europa League: Arsenal 3-0 Dundalk - My players 'are always in the frame to play' - Gunners Boss Arteta

Arsenal recorded another win in their UEFA Europa League clash against Dundalk inside the Emirates Stadium on Thursday 29.

Gunners Manager Mikel Arteta was impressed with the performance of his players as they cruised through the Irish side by three unanswered goals.


Eddie Nketiah opened scoring for the hosts in the 42nd minute and two minutes later Joseph Willock hit the back of the net with a powerful shot to make it two for the Gunners.

Arsenal sealed their win against The Lilywhites with the third goal through Nicolas Pepe in the 46th minute.


Despite being in possession of the ball more, Arsenal were not able to find the more goals.


After the game, Arsenal Spanish Manager Mikel Arteta said: "We gave a chance to a lot of players who haven't played many minutes this season and it is something really positive because they showed they are well-prepared, they are at it, and they are ready when we need them.

Arsenal have now won their two opening Europa League games and are toppers of Group B with six points while Dundalk are bottom club with no point after losing two games.
