England breezed through Wales 3-0 at the Wembley Stadium in their international friendly on Thursday 8 with Dominic Calvert-Lewin netting on his international debut.

Gareth Southgate's in-form Everton striker Calvert-Lewin headed his 10th goal of the season after 26 minutes from Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish.
