The Bavarians maintained their 100% start in the 2020/21 Champions League with a 6-2 victory at Salzburg.

German forward Mergim Merisha put the Red Bulls in front early in the 4th minute but Polish striker Robert Lewandowski levelled for Hansi Flick's side in the 21st minute from the penalty spot.

Full-Time: Salzburg 2-6 Bayern Munich ⬇

Bayern took the lead in the 44th minute when Danish right-back Rasmus Kristensen hit the back of his own net.

The hosts fought back and equalized through Japanese attacking midfielder Masaya Okugawa in the 66th minute.

In less than fifteen minute after Okugawa's leveller, Bayern Munich netted four times against their hosts - Jerome Boateng in the 79th minute, former Manchester City midfielder Leroy Sane in the 83rd minute, Lewandowski completed his brace to make it five for the visitors in the 88th minute and Lucas Hernandez sealed the rout in the 2nd minute of additional time (90+2').

Bayern Munich successfully preserve their winning streak in the Champions League.

Great Feat! Bayern Munich emerged victorious 14 times in their last 14 UEFA Champions League encounters ⬇

The Bavarians are toppers of Group A, amassing nine points from three clashes, winning all three while Salzburg are fourth with just one point after three games and have recorded no win.

My Opinion: Bayern Munich are on fire! They go anywhere and win with ease like it's their home. Who can stop them?
