La Liga: Villarreal 2-0 Real Valladolid - Match Summary - Nigerian winger Samuel Chukwueze score as he ends goal drought

Nigerian pro winger Samuel Chukwueze scored the opener as Villarreal defeated Real Valladolid 2-0 at the Estadio de la Cerámica on Monday in their La Liga match.

Chukwueze, 21, had featured for the Yellow Submarine for twelve months without recording a goal, however, he discovered his scoring form again in the 21st minute when he hit the back of the net against the White and Violets.

Chukwueze inspired Villarreal with his 21st minute goal to clinch their fourth top flight victory of the 2020/21 season.

Spanish defender Pau Torres sealed it up for the Yellow Submarine in the 37th minute.
