Foxes Head Coach Brendan Rogers has said, his side "won't get carried away" after clinching all three points against Spurs.
Striker Jamie Vardy put the visitors ahead in the 4th minute of additional time after 45 minutes and Spurs defender Toby Alderweireld hit the back of his own net in the 59th minute to help the Foxes cart away a clean sheet from the encounter.

After the game, a "satisfied" Rogers said: "The players have done great. A European campaign, lots of injuries, but they have kept the enthusiasm, spirit and quality, so it is a very pleasing opening third of the season.
"The ambition is to continue improving. We won't get carried away, there is a lot of development to take place in our young players."

With this outcome, Leicester City have taken the number two spot on the top flight table amassing 27 points, 4 points behind toppers Liverpool, who crushed Crystal Palace at the Selhurst Park 7-0 on Saturday, while Tottenham Hotspur have dropped to the fifth spot with 25 points.
Rogers further said: "We will see. It has been a really good start, I am satisfied with where we are at, knowing there are improvements to make."
