International Friendly: These four Pharaohs can cause trouble for Super Eagles

Nigeria will play against Egypt in an International Friendly

The Super Eagles have qualified officially for the 2019 Africa Cup Of Nations after beating Seychelles 3 - 1 at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba on Friday.

They are now to slog it out with the Pharaohs of Egypt, who are the 2019 AFCON hosts, in an international friendly on Tuesday at the same venue they played Seychelles.

Four years ago, the Pharaohs prevented the Super Eagles from making it to the continental football tournament and they last defeated the North African side as far back as 1990.

Javier Aguirre, Egypt Head Coach, has decided to leave out his Liverpool-based top player, Mohamed Salah, from his squad for the friendly, however, he still has other options that can face the Super Eagles and cause them serious trouble.

Nicknamed 'Trezeguet' after talented ex-French footballer, David Trezeguet, the 24-year-old brings blinding pace and top-notch skills to this Egypt team.

He is very fast, quick in getting in behind defenders and crowns it off with an eye for goal which has seen him score eight times and lay on another seven this season for his Turkish Super Lig side, Kasimpasa.

2. Mohamed Elneny

The Arsenal midfielder is expected to lead his team by example and is capable of producing one or two decisive moments.

He is a player known for his good reading of the ball as well as breaking up play brilliantly whenever the opposition runs at them.

3. Amr Warda

Warda is another skillful player who could prove a handful for the Nigerian defence on his day.

The winger likes to run at defenders, catching them with surprise at the break and is most likely to profit from the opposition leaving pockets of space at the rear

4. Ahmed Hassan

Hassan is a striker that plies his trade with Olympiakos in the Greece Super League for whom he has scored 12 times in just 27 competitive games.

He has the ability to trick opponents in a twinkle and can cause all sorts of goals from virtually any angle if given a chance.
