Paul Pogba's English side Manchester United will play against Spanish side Barcelona in the quarter-finals of the Champions League come next month.
The last time the two sides faced each other was in 2011 when Barca ousted United 3-1 at Wembley in the Champions League final.
They did the same to Manchester United two years earlier in the final in Rome - beating the Red Devils 2-0.
Messi scored magnificent goals in both games and even caused Pogba’s Juventus team torment in the 2015 final as Barca ran out 3-1 winners in Berlin.
Pogba spoke about the challenge of facing Barcelona in a news conference ahead of France’s Euro 2020 qualifier with Moldova on Friday.
“Barcelona is a great team, one of the best in the world,” he said.
“They have extraordinary players. It's a match where I want to have fun.
“Playing against one of the best teams in the world is always a pleasure."
About Messi, Pogba spoke in awe of the Argentine.
“He is the best of all,” he said about the 31-year-old.
“Barca have great players and, above all, an extraordinary one that is far above the rest.”
Earlier this week, Pogba made comments which suggest he is eyeing a move to Spanish giants Real Madrid, however, the Red Devils midfielder said:
"At the moment I'm happy in Manchester. I play. There's a new coach."
