Turkish Super Lig: Trabzonspor 4 - 1 Antalyaspor - Nwakaeme nets 10th goal

Anthony Nwakaeme, Nigerian forward, netted his 9th Turkish top flight goal of the season for Trabzonspor who beat Antalyaspor 4 - 1 at home in a Turkish Super Lig encounter on Friday.


Antalyaspor took the lead after nine minutes through Souleymane Doukara, however, Nwakaeme levelled up for Trabzonspor in the 21st minute.

It was Nwakaeme's sixth goal in his last five league games.

In the second 45 minutes, goals from Caleb Ekuban, Olcay Sahan, assisted by Nwakaeme, and a late strike from Murat Cem Akpinar sealed the victory for the hosts.

Nwakaeme has now scored 10 times in all competitions, with 9 goals in the Turkish Super Lig.

Trabzonspor are fourth on the table and will lock horns with Shehu Abdullahi Bursaspor next Friday.
