Barcelona offer Rakitic to PSG

Barcelona are reportedly looking to do a deal with Paris Saint-Germain for midfielder Ivan Rakitic.

Despite the Croatia international spending
much of his six-year spell at Camp Nou as a first-team regular, the 32-year-old is now only used on a rotational basis.

With just a year remaining on his contract, club officials are prepared to cash in on the player as soon as possible.

According to Foot Mercato, Barcelona have asked PSG if they would like to sign Rakitic in the coming months.

The report adds that Rakitic, who has also been linked with former club Sevilla, is open to discussing terms with the French champions.

Rakitic has made a total of 304 appearances for Barcelona since 2014, contributing 36 goals.
