Video 👇 Belgium international Dries Mertens has signed a new deal with Coppa Italia 2019-20 Champions Napoli until 2022.
This new contract will make Mertens stay
with the Blues for the next two years as his current contract expires at the end of the season.
Reports have it that the striker has been linked with Inter Milan and Chelsea.
Napoli made the announcement after Mertens over took Hamsik as the club's all-time highest goalscorer.
The Italian Serie A club made a official statement, which says: "Napoli is pleased to announce that it has agreed terms with Dries Mertens over a new contract with the club.

Aurelio De Laurentiis who is President of the Club wrote on twitter: "Pleased to be together for a long time to come – long live Dries!"
