2019-20 Season: Arsenal hail Saka's achievements, rank third best

Bukayo Saka was voted Arsenal’s third-best player in just concluded  2019/2020 season.

Arsenal made the announcement on their official Twitter account on Wednesday.

Saka played a pivotal role in Arsenal’s season as he featured in the left-back position and also as an attacking winger.

Saka who signed new long term contracts a few months ago contributed 12 assists and 4 goals for the Gunners as they went on to lift the English FA last season.

“12 assists, 4 goals, and 3rd place finished in Player of the Season 2019/2020, An incredible breakout season for Bukayo Saka,” Arsenal wrote on their social media handle.

Saka got 10 percent of the final vote that was decided by fans of the club.

Meanwhile, the runner-up and best player of the season at Arsenal will be announced on Thursday and Friday respectively.
