Arsenal maintained their 100 per cent start to the season with a Carabao Cup third-round victory against Leicester on Wednesday night, courtesy of a second-half own goal and Eddie Nketiah’s late strike.
The game got off to a frantic start as Kelechi Iheanacho blasted a shot wide in the opening 60 seconds.
Marc Albrighton played a fine ball in behind Arsenal's backline for Kelechi to run on to, but Bernd Leno was quickly off his line to block the striker’s first-time effort.

The second half got off to a quieter start than the first, but 10 minutes in Arsenal took the lead as Nicolas Pepe’s shot deflected off the post and into the legs of Christian Fuchs and in.
Nketiah made sure of Arsenal's place in the fourth round in injury time after poking in from close range. Arsenal.com
