Barcelona: Presidential candidate rules out Neymar return
Toni Freixa, Presidential candidate of Barcelona, has disclosed that he does not rate the ability of Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar.
The Brazil international parted ways with the Spanish football outfit in 2017 and ever since the forward has been linked with a return to the Camp Nou.
With statements currently being made with concerns to signings in the future as well as appointments a number of people stake their claim to replace Josep Maria Bartomeu.
Despite Neymar's standing at Barcelona, Freixa, however, has claimed that he has no plans to bring back the Paris Saint-Germain playmaker to the Spanish giants.

Freixa disclosed to Cadena SER: "Neymar, because of his performance, is not even among the 30 best players in Europe right now. If I were president, I would not sign him.
"The most important thing about Barcelona is Barcelona itself. We do not depend on anyone."
French Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain are currently in talks with Neymar to extend his contract beyond 2021/22 season.
