It was Carlo Ancelotti's second big top flight win in four days.
Richarlison placed Everton in front in the 21st minute as he cut inside from the left flank and sent a low effort past goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel.
The Toffees were made to defend far into their own half as the Foxes mounted heavy pressure in the second 45 minutes, however, the visitors went ahead to double their lead 18 minutes from full time through Mason Holgate.

In the 82nd minute, Brendan Rogers' side thought they had been handed a comeback lifeline when a penalty was awarded them but VAR later cancelled the decision leaving the hosts to struggled all through without recording a goal against their visitors at the King Power Stadium and allowing Everton scale through with a clean sheet.
