'A man without dignity' - Balotelli denied parking spot at Rigamonti

Mario Balotelli was disallowed to park inside the Mario Rigamonti as Brescia ultras blasted him - 'a man without dignity'.

The striker was born in 1990 in the city of Palermo, was raised in Brescia and played with Brescia FC last season, however, terminated his deal at the club after the lockdown.


The 30-year old has found the back of the net five times in 19 appearances.


Balotelli, who has flaunted the colours of English Premier League clubs Liverpool and Manchester City, joined Serie B club Monza in December.


The player was dropped out of the squad for their match on Monday 25 due to a muscle injury.


In the match, Monza were hosted by Brescia and the Le Rondinelle fans didn't greet their former striker well.

Brescia fans held up a banner outside the stadium which says: “There are other players who loved this city, you are worth nothing for us, you are a man without dignity.”


According to Il Corriere della Sera, Balotelli was even denied a parking spot inside the stadium and had to park his vehicle in the nearby before joining Monza’s CEO Adriano Galliani in the stands of the Rigamonti stadium to watch the game.
