'Only Andres Iniesta is better than Arthur' - Bentancur

Juventus Uruguayan midfielder Rodrigo Bentancur is of the belief that Andres Iniesta is better than Arthur Melo with the ball at his feet.

The Bianconeri emerged winners in their Italian Serie A match at Sampdoria, beating the Blue-Circled 2-0.

Bentancur started the encounter for Juventus alongside Arthur Melo and Weston McKennie.

In his post-match comments, Bentancur said his side 'played very well' and 'are happy for the three points'. The Uruguay international went ahead to praise his fellow midfielder Arthur by saying 'it's a pleasure' fielding alongside the Brazilian.

“We played very well in the first half, but we should have killed the game earlier,” the Uruguay international told Juventus Tv.

“We are happy for the three points.

“We are in shape and everyone is doing well right now,” the former Boca man added.

“Arthur…mamma mia! I think only [Andres] Iniesta is better than him with the ball at his feet. It is a pleasure to play with him. We are all playing well in midfield, we have a good team.

“I can’t chose between McKennie and Arthur,” he told Sky Sport later on.
