This result means that the Bafana Bafana have failed to secure a spot in the 2022 Africa Cup Of Nations (AFCON) in Cameroon.
The Falcons of Jediane clinched their first-ever win over Bafana Bafana after Saifeldin Bakhit and Mohamed Abdel Raman netted in the first half to inspire Sudan to a home win.
Sudan finished second with 12 points and have secured a 2022 AFCON Spot while South Africa finished third amassing 10 points.
