When his contract with Premier League club West Bromwich Albion expires, left-back Kieran Gibbs will join David Beckham's American Football Club Inter Miami.

Gibbs is the Major League Soccer club's second signing from English football this year after the move of former Stoke City Captain Ryan Shawcross.

The 31-year old defender joined West Brom in 2017 after 10 years at London club Arsenal and was helpful in their promotion to top flight last season.

However, the Englishman has only featured 11 times for Sam Allardyce' side this season and his last appearance came in a 2-2 draw against relegation zone-placed Fulham on January 30.

West Brom are also placed in the relegation zone and are 19th on the table, 8 points behind Fulham who are 18th.

The Baggies will need 10 points to crawl out of the relegation zone to retain a spot in the Premier League.

In their debut Major League Soccer (MLS) last year, Inter Miami finished on the 10th spot in the Eastern Conference.
