Fulham, who sacked Manager Claudio Ranieri on Thursday equalised through Calum Chambers from a corner.
It was 1 - 1 for only four minutes, Jorginho sealed the victory for the visiting neighbours, leaving Chelsea on the sixth spot, one point behind Arsenal (fifth spot) and two points behind Manchester United (fourth spot).
