EPL: Arsenal move above Tottenham and Man Utd after 2 - 0 win against Newcastle

Based in Islington, London, Arsenal, have moved to third spot in the Premier League, above Manchester United and North London rivals Tottenham Hotspurs after recording a 2 - 0 victory over Newcastle United at the
Emirates Stadium.

Earlier, Aaron Ramsey's effort was disallowed due to foul. With a fine low strike, the midfielder put the hosts ahead.

Frenchman, Alexandre Lafayette, doubled Arsenal's lead late on when he calmly lofted the ball over goalkeeper Martin Dubravka.

The victory has moved Arsenal to the third spot with 63 points above Manchester United with 61 points and Tottenham Hotspur with 61 points, with seven league games remaining.
