Ahead of a potential transfer this summer, Real Madrid welsh forward Gareth Bale has reportedly purchased a house in the English city of Manchester and has agreed personal terms with Manchester United.
Don Balon claim Bale has agreed terms with United, and wants Real Madrid to accept the €80m (£68m) United are willing to offer.
However, according to the report, Real will not entertain a bid below €120m (£103m), and Bale is said to have threatened to sit out his contract if a move is not allowed.

The 29-year old welshman has had a difficult season at Madrid, with his attitude questioned by sections of the Spanish media as he has not been seen to replace the huge contributions of Cristiano Ronaldo at the Bernabeu.
Bale has been linked with United before, but such an expensive move for the former Tottenham man seems unlikely given the club were reluctant to spend heavily on Ivan Perisic last summer, who was also 29 at the time.
