Ndidi has grown to be one of the best defensive midfielders in the world following his outstanding performances since he moved to the King Power stadium.

While James Maddison, Jamie Vardy is leading from the front, Ndidi has racked up an impressive number of interceptions, tackle won, and also ball recovery and protected the back four perfectly.

Ndidi has now credited the former Liverpool manager for his continuous development and transformation in the premier league.

The Nigerian international who joined the club in a 17 million pounds deal from Genk of Belgian said the Irish manager made him understanding spacing and also improved his techniques.

Since joining the club Ndidi has made 111 appearances, scored six goals and provided five assists from his defensive midfield position.
