Official: Giampaolo new Torino coach

Torino have officially announced Marco Giampaolo as their new coach ahead of the 2020-21 season.
Giampaolo, who turned 53 on August 2, has signed a two-year deal worth €1.5m with
the Granata after having terminated his contractual ties to Milan this week.
“Torino Football Club are pleased to announce that we have entrusted the management of the first team to Mr. Marco Giampaolo,” the club wrote in a statement.

The former player started his coaching career at Pescara in 2000 and moved from assistant to gain experience in Serie A and Serie B.
After spells at Cagliari, Siena, Catania, Cesena, Brescia, Empoli and Sampdoria, he moved to Milan ahead of 2019-20.
